I have attended the meditation seminar of the Chopra Center, Seduction of Spirit. It was an awesome experience practicing meditation together with 350 people. Just blissful silence with the collective consciousness with others. Dancing in the cosmic universe. Starting with the sunrise meditation at 6 a.m., yoga, sessions, seminars, lunch, activities, group meditation, yoga, and so on. Releasing all my spirit freely in the universe.
